According to Premier Marbella news sources, the third edition of the Marbella International Property Show (MIPS) is set to promote residential tourism as an engine of development and will be highlighting both resale property and new projects on the Golden Triangle composed of the towns of Marbella, Estepona and Benahavis.
The Marbella International Property Show and discussion forum organized by the Andalusian Federation of Developers and Residential Tourism will take place from April 28 to May 1 at the Palacio de Congresos in Marbella and will have the assistance of developers, legal and tax advisors and banks.
The president of the developers, Ricardo Arranz, has sustained that 2015 will be the year which will see the turnaround and an end in the stagnation of residential tourism, a sector that must be conceived and analyzed as a motor for development, employment and economic wealth generation for the many sub-sectors that feed from this industry.
As with previous editions, the Marbella Property Show (MIPS) will expose the surplus of properties that still exist in the Golden Triangle and this year for the first time since the Marbella International Property Show (MIPS) started, it will host new residential developments which are being undertaken in the area, as well as new models of residential tourism to be implemented in the three localities that comprise it.
