According to Premier Marbella news sources, a new avant-garde resort will be located on 74 acres of land in the Casares municipality of Malaga. The development will feature Europe’s first 1.5 hectare Crystal Lagoons orientated towards swimming, kayaking, wind-surfing, paddle surf, canoeing and other water sports activities. Consisting of 450 apartments of which 100 are already built and 350 new apartments will be added in various phases to the development. According to Premier Marbella news sources the number of housing projects in the province of Malaga in the second quarter of 2015 has significantly increased compared to the first three months of this year, with 270 approved building projects. Furthermore, compared to the same period of 2014 it has increased by 314 percent, from 146 to 605 in April, May and June this year. Marbella is the motor driving the rise in new building projects.
