Investment in the European real estate industry has grown by 25% over the last 6 months, compared to the same period last year, resulting in the fasted growth rate seen since 2007, according to a recent report by international consultants, Savills.
Marbella gets ready to host its tenth annual film festival due to take place from 7th-11th October.
The festival will be showing over 50 independent films over the five day period in Teatro Goya in Puerto Banus and is expected to attract filmmakers and industry professionals, as well as celebrities and film stars, from all over the world.
There were 21,454 registered mortgage loans in June 2015, an increase of 26.3% on the same period last year, according to the Central Statistics Unit in Madrid.
